Also, the front office staff was very good in communicating with us whenever we had a conversation over the telephone. "Can't say how fortunate we were to have had SALUS as part of my grandmother's healthcare team. From the time I met with the intake specialist at the hospital and at the board and care, I felt that the team truly cared for what was in the best interest for my grandmother. Lobat (Lobie) was the assigned nurse for the duration my grandmother's hospice at Queen's Home Board and Care. Lobie is awesome and made the situation very manageable. She always communicated with me what was happening and would talk to me in person. Weekend nurse Nicki was also very helpful with pain management. Father Paul provided the sacrament of the anointing of the sick. So glad LeeAnn Neil was the social worker to make it all come together. Thank you Salus for making death /last days for my grandmother easier for her and her family."

"After struggling with a few other caregiving companies, I was introduced to SALUS. We used SALUS for many months until my partner was transferred to a memory care facility. I found SALUS to be very professional and prompt. The care of the caregivers was excellent, well trained and empathetic. "May Salus case manager and her staff were extremely helpful. My mom was very ill and on hospice and I needed help caring for her. My case manager was sympathetic to my needs and had a caregiver at my house immediately. The caregivers were wonderful and treated my mom like she was their own mother. They were highly experienced, mature and reliable. They showed up and were very attentive. (I had a bad experience with another company's staff when my dad was on hospice, just sitting on their phones, not paying attention). Please do your research when finding good home care. There are some companies that hire low quality people, who don't care. Salus was definitely the top of the line when it came to home care."
